Through the kind and generous sponsorship of Doxa Initiatives, I enrolled and completed my training as a nurse. Now I am working, supporting my family with food and shelter, and sponsoring my sister through her own training as a nurse.

Who we are...

The word 'doxa' is the greek for 'glory'. In our world, the majority of the population live far from the opportunities we all deserve to shine and be all that we can be. 'Doxa initiatives' are interventions compelled by christian love and compassion to help the poorest and most disadvantaged in the world in the areas of health, education, work and finding meaning and purpose through the love of God.

Education Sponsorships

Most African children when asked what they really want site education, not food. We seek to intervene by sourcing short and long term child sponsors globally.

Promoting Health and Well-being

Many children and elderly people die unnecessarily in Africa because of their vulnerability to treatable illnesses, if only someone could afford them the treatment.

Work Training & Empowerment

Most of the poor just need training and a helping hand to set up a gainful trade and find dignity by creating a living with their own hands.
